Recently my AD account was suspended since my country of account access and credit card address was different. How do you suggest to create new Advertising accounts with payment linked to it?

I've ran quite a few different niches. Anything from lead generation to the more trial type offers (health and beauty typically).
Methods are always changing as FB is constantly changing their ad platform and algorithms. Make sure you have multiple cards ready to use and are willing to be patient as FB is quick to ban many affiliates that are trying to heavily monetize their system.
I recommend at least $500-$1000 to be able to start testing. This isn't for anything heavy volume but just for getting the feels and learning how FB works. Always try to get help if you can as well. Helps limit your testing costs.
You must make sure the country the account is in as well as your payment method are the same. Also, international accounts do not typically like Amex.

Thanks a lot mate. That's exactly what I'm looking to do, whenever I can spend the money that is. Can I ask why you've settled on facebook? I know they get the traffic, but what else made you decide to stick with them?
No problem! Facebook just has so much traffic and there is 9/10 some workaround with them that can bring me an ROI I can't typically find elsewhere.

Only used scraping a few times, everything else has been using their power editor and normal settings.
Definitely depends on the niche. That being said, I've had ads that have received $0.01 clicks and not been profitable, but I've also had ads that have had $0.60 CPC's and been extremely profitable. Always focus on CPC vc EPC on an ad-by-ad basis.
To get $0.01 clicks you USUALLY need to focus on the post page engagement option with a very targeted ad. As you can see attached, it definitely is possible however.

Do you use any new fb accs with VCCs to use coupons or all your own CCs? I havetons of coupons but my vccs wont work with fb it gets banned instantly
