We currently do not for your Ad Campaigns. We can cut the rate for bulk orders thought.

The feeds we use can easily do 150k in a day, but you can choose the duration in our order form. We have a minimum daily delivery of 10k a day, so a 150k order can be spread out over 15 days. The traffic can be picked up by GA, not all of the white lists we use track well in GA, but we can adjust them if you find the % too low. They do come from real sites.

We could customize an advertising campaign to target the Browser or OS of your choice. Pricing may differ. We plan to have a self-serve platform available sometime in the 1st quarter of 2015. It would allow very precise targeting like you mention.

You should have your confirmation ticket, all orders from yesterday and earlier have been processed. If there was an issue, it would have been mentioned in the ticket. If it was an adult campaign, those can be delayed as not all of our tech team members are willing to review sites with adult content. So that can cause a delay.

If you are still having issues, please provide me with information in PM so I can actually check for you. You haven't done this yet, so I can not help.
