shanibpo: service works great! its obvious that its solved by humans though, i would much rather automated (read faster) solution.
also couple of suggestions:
- i know that captcha will have X characters, so it would be cool if i could send this as parameter. it will help you with solving and validating if solution is correct
- i know what characters are used in captcha (f.e. i know that there is no I,i,0) so it would be cool to send this as parameter as well. but i can do post filtering on my side.

About your suggestions:
It seems you have some deep study about RADCaptcha types but on the other hand most of the popular captcha types (e.g; ReCaptcha) do not have such definitions like specified characters or length of text strings.

Still, if you are looking to have some customized requirements then I can surely work on that for you as you mentioned you have some extra ordinary huge requirements (100 millions)

and you are correct about my specific custom requirements, i know exactly what i need i just dont have enough skill to develop it and i didnt find proper tool either.

in any case, im glad i've discovered your service. it looks to be cheaper than DBC. i will definitely integrate your service. i can see that i can use paypal, that would be huge benefit, as i can't and i never will use Avangate.
