Noob here. So I've created a new PayPal after my old personal one was limited. I'm going to use my sister-in-laws bank account but have yet to add it. I just plan on listing items through Instagram and Facebook by sending invoices. I plan on getting a PayPal debit card to make things easier so I'm not constantly withdrawing funds to her bank account and needing her to withdraw it for me.

Since I've already made the new PayPal with false information and plan on getting a PayPal debit card, do I need to change the name and info on the account to match her bank account info?

I believe when you apply for a PP debit card they ask you for a current card number to prove addess, is this accurate and does that mean I have to match the PayPal accounts name and address to her's?

Bad idea for multitude of reasons, and totally unnecessary because paypal can not see the name behind the bank account.

again bad idea, because in order to get a paypal debit card, they will do a full credit pull, making future linkiing much easier, as well as potentially messing up your sister in law's credit.

Dude, you need to study how stealth works before you try to go stealth. You're asking newbie level questions, and if you try to do this now, I can't see how this will result in a good outcome.

basically you're going to need to use all new info, as well as getting rid of flash cookies. I would also get a new MAC address as well. The problem long term is going to be that you're selling high risk items and you will keep getting banned because even if your products are legit and you can provide documents, they can still take you down for VERO violation if any rights holder complains that you're not an authorized reseller.

I've already taken care of cookies and have a new MAC addess. That was easy and the first things I've done.

Should I just make a new "main" PayPal with my sister-in-laws info and have a stealth account that I get payments in from and send those payments to the new "main account"? I guess I'm wondering how am I supposed to withdraw money from a stealth account that doesn't have my bank account attached? Or am I supposed to make a bank account for the stealth account and every account I end up with?

Banks only tell paypal 2 things...1. Is this bank account # a legit bank account #? and 2. Can this account take deposits?
