a. Freelancers pretty much wasted my time and also I cant Teach/train the freelancers
b. They don't have Business mindset but only interested in jobs/tasks.

Yes am more comfortable to work with a newbie than a freelancer.
For me Time is more important than money!

As of why newbie? As it will help them make a steady income and they are driven by excitement. Also Freelancers I can hire for quick tasks not for building a business as partner. So Win-Win situation for both me and my partner. Hope I made my point clear.
