[JV] Looking for partnering on my IM projects! - Interested Newbie's preferred!

Hi,
Am Looking for newbie's who haven't made any money online yet and would be interested in working hard by partnering up with me on my proven+new projects (short/Long term).
All profits will be 50-50. All trainings will be provided by me.

No prior experience needed!
No Investment required.

Things Required:
1. Min.2-4 hrs per day dedicated to our JV.
2. Owns a Good PC/Mac to work with optimal internet connection!.
3. Rock solid interest in making a business instead of just quick money!
4. Willing to Learn and adapt!
5. Communicate on daily basis via skype!
6. Willing to follow my process instruction and finish tasks on time!
7. No Time-passer or Time-waster!

Interested people can comment here with "WHY" they would they interested in this JV, so that I can choose you and PM you further details!

I could join depending on the details you gonna send me

Like everyone else , I need money . Already made some with IM , not much , but I already have a sense of what Im dealing with when it comes to IM.

I am pretty clear in my plans.
a. Freelancers pretty much wasted my time and also I cant Teach/train the freelancers

b. They don't have Business mindset but only interested in jobs/tasks.

I would like to know more about the details before I can explain "why" I would like to work with you. But the main thing I can say as to "why" is because I have a thirst for learning as much about IM as I can and branching off until I find that right path that will take me to where I want to be.

ah in this case a agreement is must between you and your partner, a written agreement about profits etc will work best, cheers

I appreciate your gesture. Sure Would love to add this but I believe in an honest long term working relationship and Win-Win situation..! For that matter I dont think written agreement is needed in my projects as I have planned soo much for my partners and would love to surprise them

But the idea of written document can be added indeed!

I am highly interested... I am the guy who is struggling too much on IM. You can see my thread too. I never miss giveaway I always take part in free giveaway lolz. I have everything you need and I am too much work harder. Hope you will select me. Even I can share revenue 25% for and 75% for you.

I have sparetime, and when I do I work efficiently, and I do as told.
