I ordered 30,000 likes from you about 3 weeks ago. Over the last few weeks I have lost around 1,000 followers which is fine. however, in the last 10 minutes I have lost 2,000! I think Facebook are doing a clean up - what is your policy on closed accounts?

Dramatic Reduction in fans. I understand this might be technical problem because FB is updating and being strict etc. I hope you comeup with a solution very soon and resupply the dramatic reduced number. I have noticed the panel has been very slow in getting the facebook /instagram likes lately. over a week, Is there any chance this will start improving? All your other services are lightning fast and very good. Just hard to promise clients when the likes are going to happen. Thanks.

we had one bad server which we used and thats causing most of the likes to drop

We have fixed it and there wont be anymore drops henceforth

While I understand that you must really be busy with refilling the dropped fans for other clients as well, one of my page came from 52000 fans to 8000 fans. Its been more than 24 hours since I reported this . I really need to show the client some action. When can I see the refill activity started?

The views I purchased are dropping. And even it says 4-5k / day for slow views on the first page its not more than 1.5k and after the PM I sent, I've received the info that the current speed is 1-2k.
So I payed for something I do not want ( something different from the ad on first page ), and they drop. Please stop delivering and refund.
