Hello
is there possiblility to target visitor from country ?
is there possibilit to add google.fr (or other search by country )
We cannot offer Geo-Location services yet. It is planned in the future when the user count is sufficient to be able to offer such a service.
We're looking into the possibility of adding support for Google.fr in our next update. We will keep you posted.
I see the Serpify pricing structure flawed ,the time period should be equal for all plans except free ones otherwise its no point paying for short duration visits which will increase the bounce rates and have negative effect.
Sorry you feel that way. It is structured this way for a reason, months of planning and development have went into Serpify and it is working as intended.
I'd be interested in google.* search engines. Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese (.pt and .com.br) and so on. If you were able to do that, I think I'd be able to get some folks onboard.
We are going to make a sincere effort to try and add support for these other countries. We will keep you updated with any progress.
I use serpify pro about 2 weeks, and found some problems, this problems listed below:
1. I have pro license with 500 click to my sites per day, but in fact i get only 100-150 clicks to my URLs
2. I checked GWT and found that CTR of my keys is 30-50%, it means that in 50% cases i don't get clicks to my URLs
3. I got about 2000 clicks, but I use serpify pro about 2 weeks and this value must be no less than 5000 clicks. In the same time I earned about 3400 search credit. I bought serpify pro so I think I should get such results as the developer is guaranteed!
4. And very important thing, when i checked Google Webmasters Tool i found that new users only 18%, but should be about 80%. 18% is very small result to grow in the SERP.
5. Support answered me in 4 days after i asked about my problems and this answer was unhelpful!
So, i would like to ask once more how to increase percentage of new users? and the way to get not 100 clicks but 500 clicks?
P.S.
I chose new site and before experiment with serpify there was no traffic at all.
If your URLs are unstable (dancing) or show up in different positions from various locations, it is possible they are not consistently in the top 200 positions from various locations around the world. We've found this to be especially true for users who have a language setting configured in Google Webmaster Tools, but has also proven true in other scenarios. This would cause you to get less clicks than we're attempting to deliver. To be clear, the advertised numbers are NOT guaranteed (for these reasons). When this happens, Serpify is still trying to deliver the target amount, so when a URL isn't found, it ends up taking up 10 minutes of a clients time trying to find the keyword/URL. This creates yet another inconsistency with the re-attempts, but we do everything we can to ensure as much traffic is delivered as possible. The one thing that will improve this performance is more IP diversity. Our supplemental residential IPs are being assigned by a backconnect service, once we have more people using the client at any given time, there will be more REAL users performing searches for our network. This will help improve the amount of searches we can perform daily. We are growing, we get nearly 100 signups per day, but only a small percentage of those are actually actively using the Serpify client, and that's what we need more than anything. We're trying to get creative and find ways to get more people to use the client. In V2 we improved the FREE accounts and we also implemented the credit system, which has only shown to increase usage by around 5%, we figured it'd have a much larger impact, but every little bit counts.
Still didn't get an answer re the ratio of real/fake (proxy) visitors for the pro package.
Sorry about that, I thought I did answer this above. The "proxies" are REAL residential IPs so they are not typically viewed as "proxies" but all searches are being performed by real active clients. The ratio varies at any given time depending on how many clients are online.
I will be glad if the software support provide us with updates to our tickets, concerns, questions and feedbacks.
We were completely out of commission for the holidays. We are back in action full swing moving forward with future development. We will be proactively responding to support tickets and the forum threads daily from here forward. Sorry for the delays.
Hey. I am interested in any case studies on Serpify. My site hasn't moved off page 4 despite sending some very powerful links. I think Serpify traffic may just do the trick in boosting the site up in the SERPs.
We will eventually publish a case study. We track all keyword positions and we have indeed had many rankings improve from users using Serpify, but we cannot publish their results or reveal their keywords.
So far in general I like the service. However, since I am unable to get support to answer me after multiple attempts here are a few questions I would like answered.
1. Why do all my searches happen at approximately the same time. For example all of my keyword searches were accomplished one after the other yesterday. That leaves my analytics looking pretty suspicious.
2. Why do I have an 80% return visitor rate? How is that possible?
If these two things were cleared up this service would be awesome. Right now I'm questioning if I should continue with it since it is doing such a poor job of spreading my searches out over the day and when they do end up on my site they appear to be return visitors.
Any contact from support explaining what the issue is and how long before it is fixed would make me feel a lot better.
Very sorry the support has been a bit behind. We've had one guy manning the support tickets through the holidays, so there may have been some unexpected delays. We are back to work full time now though, so no more delays!
To answer your first question, that should not be the case. We never delegate the same keyword back to back and have oscillating hourly limitations in delegation on the backend. I have lodged an inquiry with our development team to look into this, it is possible something was overlooked in the development of V2.
To answer your second question, this should have improved by now. Our supplemental residential IP service was down for approximately a week, give or take a few days. We fixed the issue and this should have greatly improved. Please let us know.
Yeah, it happens on the same time and it will be weird if someone is browsing 4 keywords and land on the same webpage with very small time intervals. It not only forces me to enter captchas on Google when I need to use it but it can be bad for the websites too - Google is not that stupid if it is seeing the same IP browsing a website coming from 4 different keywords simultaneously.
Generally the no refund policy, the lack of responses to our support tickets and the lack of responses in this official threat all based on the issues with the software are something that can perhaps lead me to a conclusion to cancel the subscription. Of course I will be glad if someone from their team respond to our concerns and issues as soon as possible, because this may actually keep more customers for them. I am not happy from what I am seeing for now.
It should not happen at the same time. This may have been the case when the supplemental IP service was down (due to a server reboot and a service not getting restarted automatically with the autoboot), but it should not happen this way normally. Captcha's should not be experienced either with Serpify functioning normally. We are looking further into this situation.
Wow thanks for the feedback guys. I was seriously going to buy this service but now I have taken a step back after reading your reviews.
Also, considering how little activity there is on this BHW thread (and how slowly the guy responds), I seriously doubt the member count shown on the site (10,838) is actually true. I am not dishing the service - just voicing some legit concerns I'm sure anyone would have.
Give the free version a try before buying if you are on the fence about it. That's what it's there for! Also, the member count is valid, it's a live feed straight from the database. only 1-5% of those are actively using the client 24/7 though, and that's what we need more of, active users! Also, our responsiveness has been lacking lately due to traveling and being out of commission from the holidays, but there will be no further delays, that you can be assured.
I think this service might be dead in the water, lack of replies to members is the reasoning.
It's not dead in the water. Not even close. We have a little over 150 active paying subscribers, and around 10,000 FREE members. We need more people to run the client 24/7 though, too many people sign up and then never use it long term. We are launching a campaign targeting HitLeap users real soon which should have a decent impact.
Well, sometimes there is a real reason, I hope it is not something bad, but yeah - it is a loose-loose situation for customers and merchants when there is no communication, especially after we've paid for the service. Hope things will be resolved.
No one is losing and support tickets HAVE been getting addressed and responded to, there have just been major delays through the holidays. Also, we have some big plans with V2.1 but our C# developer is still on vacation so we can only complete the server-side and API tasks awaiting his return. All support tickets will be responded to the same day from here on out.
From there support team:
Hi,
Yea we are operational. Due to holidays we were unable to be active on both support and BHW forum. Sorry for the inconvenience.
End message
So I guess there doing fine and business as usual.
Yes, that is correct.
That really doesn't explain the lack of response to at least 4 support request in the last couple of weeks. I think this service has a lot of potential and I really want them to succeed. But the lack of response concerns me. I would even accept a, "we know x is not working and expect to have a fix by x date."
1. Why do I have a returning visitor rate of greater than 80%?
2. Why do all the searches go out on top of each other? They need to be spread out.
I really do want these guys to succeed. I have decided to stop all of my searches because my analytics is a mess right now. However, I give will keep the browser open and running until my first months subscription runs out. If I don't have good answers by then I will have to move on to another provider.
These issues should be resolved entirely. It was all due to our supplemental residential IP service being down (unknowningly) it was down since a server upgrade, as it didn't boot with autoboot. It is operational now, please let us know if you've noticed an improvement.
Good point Sand4, I have cancelled my paid membership until it all gets sorted and there is a clear way ahead - a plan no less. It looks promising and I have seen some good movement but equally the lack of interaction on BHW from Op bothers me.
It should be sorted. Please check and open a support ticket if you notice any inefficiencies, we will get them addressed immediately. Sorry for the lack of responsiveness, we're back at it now. Please judge our responsiveness from the first 4-5 months after launching this service. Multiple responses daily, that is what you can expect moving forward. Again, very sorry for the delays.
I will do the same if they do not respect us as customers. I hope things will get sorted soon.
We have nothing but love and respect for our customers, you posted this response today but we've been actively responding to support tickets for the last week. We are back on BHW and other forums now too. Let us know if there is any questions or concerns you have moving forward.
