Display Network for Finance Leads?

I am currently buying media for a financial loan company. We have a healthy budget and having success on certain networks. Anyone know any CPM/display networks that are well-suited for the finance industry? We are trying to get consumers who need home refinancing and have a pretty large demographic. US-based.

Recently tried Google Display but not much luck there.

Any thoughts are certainly appreciated.
