Someone Stole My iPhone 6

hey guys someone stole my iPhone 6 and i had Find my iphone on it but once he got home he turned it off, i guess he restored it, i have his home address, proof over instagram that he stole it, my imei number (the whole iphone box) and the icloud account password (its in lost mode)
what an i do to get my phone back?

Get over it... sometimes things get "stolen" by more worthy people. Think, a GF getting stolen by some more worthy man... same in this case for you here.... Get a new android phone, it will do the same job for you. At least thinking that way will make the loss more bearable.
