7. It is advisable to use the keywords somewhere in the post.
8. Do not repeat the same keywords within a line but you may use slight keyword variants or synonyms.

I noticed the word "natural" but let me explain a couple of things:
1-If I ever have to wait for the "natural" to happen I will be making money in the year 3000.
2-Never ever "fall in love" with any of your sites. You are creating an army fighting for you...I stuff my sites with keywords and still rank well.

I disagree with this. Google put some weight also in meta tags. It will create some difference if you put meta description, really.
