Hi, I sent my first PBN link to my money site on 27th November, this is the first link I send to my money site. As from today, my page ranks +500 position for the keyword I am trying to rank. My money site is great, I don't have any duplicate content, it is perfectly optimized, it is a true business site. My PBN is also good, around 80 ref domains, clean and all that things checked. Both my money site and PBN site are indexed with the new content I added. Why my page is +500 position? I am using Accuranker, but I have also used other tracker tools, all of them give the same result. Maybe I have to wait some more days? With a perfectly optimized page and that PBN domain I think my page should be a lot higher...Keyword competition is low. If the PBN post where I put the link pointing to my money site is indexed in Google it means that Google has taken the link in count? In Webmaster tools the link doesn't appear. I need help.

First off, a link can take more time to actually be crawled. Google is sort of random with how long it takes them to find and "Give credit" to a new link. Also, building 1 link and obsessing about why you aren't ranking better yet is sort of counterproductive. Keep your mind focused on building more, and you'll see results.

If your money site is that great and KW optimized, it shouldn't be ranking for +500 position. My first thought: overoptimization

I think is not overoptimized, maybe the KW is repeated 3 times in +700 word page. Will check this tomorrow but I think is not overoptimized...

It is in title, in the url (separated with - symbol), H1 and maybe 2 times in content.

Also, some time ago I checked each page of my site with Moz for "Page Grade" and got the max score in almost all pages...

Did you build your PBN somewhat relevant to the topic of your money site?

I also started my first PBNs (7 of them now) 6 weeks ago. Some of them give power, some dont. I dont know why some dont because they have all good backlink profiles. But I accept that it is always also a numbersgame. When you start 10 PBNs and 5 of them give a power boost to your money site and the other 5 dont (for whatever reason) then this is probably ok.

BTB is spot on.

1 link is really, really low to draw any conclusions and/or to see any direct impact on your rankings. You should go ahead and send at least 10 links with brand/url anchors and let them settle for a while. Run them through an indexer if you want to speed up the process..

Wait a couple of weeks and reevaluate. If you see any positive movement (probably you'll notice standard dance), send another batch of 10-20 links but this time mix in some money anchor variations..

While you're doing all this send social signals and create some web2s etc.. There's no easy way to rank nowadays

My first PBN site is somewhat relevant to my money site (the post where I put the link is relevant). I couldn't do this site relevant at all because of the URL.

The problem is that PBN sites are expensive if you bought from auctions so, buying some of them to later realize that half of them are not working is not good :( Also, the problem with half of them not working is bad, because I don't know which of them are giving power and which of them not... It would be great if I can know which PBN domain is not working so I can resell that domain or do something else with it.

I'am sending more links from 3 more PBN sites I have done in the next 2 weeks, these sites are more relevant than the first one and have more power.
Why do you suggest to send brand/url anchors first and after some weeks money anchors? What I'am doing is using partial match anchors, like money keyword + some text, and never repeating anchors. I don't want to waste power using branded or url anchors with PBN sites, but I don't know if I'am totally correct...

How do you know which PBN sites are giving results and which are not? You can't tell anything for certain unless you are pointing each one to a different money site...and even then you can't make any sort of conclusion because of other factors. I think you both have to remember the fact that each link is not seen in isolation, the whole backlink profile of a site is what matters, so while you may see rank rises after adding some links and not after adding others, it does not mean that some give power and some don't.

As for your anchor text question, I think you are going down the right path by using partial match anchors, but I would use the occasional exact match too when you find particularly good expired domains - just don't overdo it.

Yeah, I will use exact match on my most powerful domain, I have one that is very powerful. I will comment my results in this post. Let's see how this evolves.

Ok,
the only problem I see here might be that your money site is pretty new. Age of money site is important. It needs to be atleast 3 months if u r just using pbn links. I have found this using my own tests. I had an aged domain and a 1 month old domain. I sent 3 links from my PBN to both sites on same niche. Guess what the aged domain ranked on page 1 and the new domain is stuck on page 5 for 2 weeks.

Maybe you should look more deeply into the keyword competition. 500+ for low comp kw is very unusual if on-page factors properly established.

One link and you want to rank? Chances are you are gonna need a lot more links than that, obviously depends on the niche but don't expect solid rankings a few weeks after adding one PBN link.

OP, you do realise what the N in PBN stands for don't you?
Looking at your previous posts I have my doubts.
Also if the page isn't even in the top 500 then you probably need to go back to basics and check the current state of your SEO.

Some time has passed since I wrote that post, I learned a lot since that. Now, I perfectly know all the process for building a PBN correctly, getting good domains, keyword research, on page SEO... I only need to see that my rankings are increasing in the next weeks and confirm that I'm following the right path.

Forget about the pbn for a while. If you have a low comp keyword you should not be 500+ with good on page optimisation. Perhaps what you think is good isn't that good. Rethink the onpage, get your self some respectable ranking, then start thinking about pbns. You need a decent starting base, pbns arn't just a golden ticket to throw up and expect miracles.

Well if you only have one domain in your PBN then it isn't a PBN
If your page is ranked 500+ then your SEO isn't working.
This is evident as you stated that keyword competition is low.
