I was scammed by Pearce67. Paid him $150 for instagram account .I contacted him and he never answer never send me ig account , he was online.The conversation is down below.

As seen in the convo, my paypal account was not verified and I could not see the funds in my account. For that reason, I did not provide account details. I later verified my account and saw the funds. I have 4 payments of $75, which is odd as I only asked for $75 before and $75 after I sent the details, but theyre all on hold and 2 are being disputed. I would refund the op his money but I cant as the money is being disputed. I will provide the account details when the transaction is not being disputed or if op wants a refund instead of the account, that is fine as well.

I would refund him, but I dont have the funds in that account to do so. Technically, neither of us have the money. The money he sent for the account is being disputed, I never saw the money in my account before he disputed it. This is shown in the chat, me not seeing the money. If OP wants his money instead of the account, I am 100% okay with that. If he wants to get the account, the money he sent needs to be un-disputed. I can send a picture of the payments I see to Oldsalt if he wants since the op hasnt even responded in this thread. He also hasnt contacted me on skype after I tried to reach out to him

As you can see, I was mistaken with the 4 payments. What happened was, paypal gave me the money in my account but then took it away (the red) right after it was disputed. The money is not in my account, a refund is not possible at this time.

As having lots of experience with PayPal - I should advice a bit of patience. If is true and the money are on hold then PayPal after 72h will return them to the owner. If the payment was disputed then will take as well 72h to get a resolution.
The main problem is based on what I saw in the pictures from PayPal account is that once the money were sent as payment PayPal refused to release them because of the fact that the account was not verified. So until the money are concluded (can take even 21 days) you can't do anything - I'm sorry that I interfere but these are the facts and nobody can do anything related to.
