Were you on a mobile device or desktop computer?
As seen I was on a mobile device and hes on a desktop...Sometimes the pictures cannot be sent to differing skypes like that

Ok, first of all Pearce67, explain to me why you supposedly gave him the account details on 12/13/14 and then on the 16th you posted the following above:
As seen in the convo, my paypal account was not verified and I could not see the funds in my account. For that reason, I did not provide account details. I later verified my account and saw the funds. I have 4 payments of $75, which is odd as I only asked for $75 before and $75 after I sent the details, but theyre all on hold and 2 are being disputed. I would refund the op his money but I cant as the money is being disputed. I will provide the account details when the transaction is not being disputed or if op wants a refund instead of the account, that is fine as well.

so why should I not permaban you for attempting to fake evidence here?

Secondly, You will immediately alter your PP dispute response or add to it that you were mistaken and have not given the account and that the transaction should be refunded to the buyer.

Thirdly, You are not to respond to ANY other thread on BHW until this is concluded - period. If you post anywhere else, I'll temp ban you to ensure you get the point. Are we clear here?

- I didn't see the funds in my account so I didn't send the details
- I saw the funds pending later, so I sent him the details on Skype, as seen above.
- Buyer did not receive the picture as he has shown which could be due to the iPhone/desktop picture scenario and the picture never fully sent. The picture also has the "x" mark which I don't think means sent fully
- I stand by my statement of buyer wants a refund that's acceptable, I just don't know how to go about doing that right now... As seen above
- I will not post anywhere else in the forum, I just want to get this over with and solved properly
 
Buyer has escalated to a claim. Will not respond to the claim so the buyer wins and this can be over.

I witnessed the scam. Pearce made contact through his Hire A Freelance thread and asked me to find a buyer, I had never seen this SL thread. I new Tech was looking so I put them in contact, Pearce was talking to the both of us, and after I hooked them up they took they business to their own conversation. Thats when Tech contacted me saying he went quiet... I contacted him multiple times and nothing. Will keep trying. This is the last time I'll post in the SL thread unless otherwise asked by a moderator via PM.
