How Long For Them To Look At Account

My account was locked early on the 13th. I have uploaded all the files they ask for on the same day. Its now almost the end of the 15th and have heard not one thing from them. How long does this usually take?

I got clients wanting me to ship items, but im kinda worried to ship if im not going to get paid if they dont re open my account. Not really a matter of patience.

Paypal support is probably the worst between top companies. It is super slow, sometimes they don't even respond you and most of their stuff can't even speak proper english...

Yeah, that's what they call to much to fast on a new account.

Catch 22 - if you don't ship the goods it looks like they been right. If you do and they keep the account frozen you are out for 180 days.

Patience is a big issue. That much in such a short time you did expect it to get limited, right ?

You should call in after the 72 hours has passed to get an update. Usually they will tell you if its been looked at or if there is something else as to why they haven't responded back to you.

If you were doing everything legit and not breaking any TOS of ebay then I would definitely call them being very polite with all of your information handy.
