Highly doubt they would charge lesser fees than paypal since they are a startup and would require more capital.

Yes, you can withdraw to your bank account. But you need to register directly from payoneer site to have this feature enabled for you. I withdraw from paypal to payoneer and then to my bank account. the fee is less than 2%

Yeah, this is great news, but for the few selected countries. Mine has a ratio of 10:90 of ever appearing here.

This would be interesting if there were no additional fees for receiving payments. Other than that I see no reason to use it (except maybe if you have no other options available in your country).
