Thanks for your input, its very useful for anyone trying to find good expired domains. In my opinion this is a good domain, i don't think i would get something like this on fiverr. I don't think i would be able to find an expired domain with TF 83 / CF 85 so in regards to expired domains i don't think its crap. My question was, if you had the chance to grab a domain like the on i presented here how much would one be whiling to pay.

Just because the metrics are good it doesn't mean the domain is worth buying. I can give you a DA 43 domain right now for FREE if you want, but it is worth nothing.

Just needed 2 seconds to realize the difference between the domain you posted and the one we are talking about. That domain is clearly riddled with spamlinks one just have to look at the anchors. But maybe it was my fault i didn't give enough details about the domain.. but as i said all the links pointing to the domain are legit, nothing like the one you posted above. All the links come from websites from a countries government entities and organizations, not a single spam link, it wasn't used for anything of the sorts it was used as an website for some organization as well.

I wouldn't be arguing about the metrics if i hand't checked the backlink profile and the anchors and where the links are coming from hence the image with the stats of some of the backlinks pointing to the site.
