Yes as the link remain on the homepage it appears on many of the inner pages as well. They are all legit links though.

90k links is not many, is on all inner pages. Meaning it's a footer/sidebar link.

Why ? And i really wanna know because i value your opinion and expertise.
Didn't understand your question. I will buy the domain because its a good addition for a blog network it doesn't hurt much to pay the registration fee. At least in my optics if you don't have thousands to invest you have to hunt with what you have. I presented the metrics for the links pointing to the website, the backlink profile is clean and all links are legit, i don't know what you could ask more for a expired domain for the registration fee.

Very few backlinks with any authority, likely the higher PA/DA sites are crappy quality anyway that are linking to it. No idea on the site's metrics itself, but I imagine they're TF/CF below 10 based upon those links. Beyond that, there's literally thousands of such domains out there that are expired at any given time.
I personally pay right at registration fees for domains that have thousands of authority links. Picked one up 2 days ago with 30 different links from adobe.com (along with a plethora of other awesome sites), and a TF/CF of 35/35, PR of 5 for $12.

Thats awesome dude, but the links are all from governmental and educational institutions from an european country. The CF of this domain is 28 and the TF is 38 all lins are literally from government links and other authority sites in the country. I don't know where you get your links from but i'm doing this by hand, the only tool i'm using is ahrefs.

If you read the thread you would know that i already checked that. You don't have hundreds like this... the ones you posted here are spammed as hell. This domain is part of the 10% then.

There are 10+ things to consider before quoting price for a domains and if you not know how to do it then learn it.
If you are new then your best bet is to pm domain to someone like expertpeon and know it's price.

Its just an expired domain with links from authority governmental websites and educational institutions. I got it for the registration fee.
Just got a PR 4 with some nice links from wikipedia and governmental contextual links as well.
