100 PR2 Tumblr Accounts Case Study!

I think not that the PR has no value, no way and i didn't know whether the blogs(Subdomain) are aged or not but i think it doesnt matter at Tumblr/Web20 Accounts. Thank you.

This is really a Great Case Study.. will definitely follow you.. But I have a Question.. As you said your Using PR2 Tumblr and now as PR Has no Such Value so it should be Done without PR Blog but Aged Blog.. Isn't it..?

Great! Tumblr is a great way to build backlinks..

But using only tumblr links is deadly dangerous! Hoping for the best though..

because if you don't have a good diversity but only links coming from 100 tumblr,This is suicide
To add 100 tumblr blogs, or whatever platforms, you must have already a good profile running

We all seem to know the theory, but have you tested this on any website?

I have a website ranking on first page in the addiction niche for over 1 year, mostly with pr tumblrs. Other links that where made are some bookmarks and comments (real ones) on niche related blogs. Even google webmasters shows most of the links coming from tumblr.

Yes theory and practice are often differents. But theoricaly you can't deny that its not very clean to have a profile filled mainly with tumblr post...

You are right. In theory it could not look clean. Probably for a manual review many of the SEOed sites won't look clean.
But here is how I think about it: if I have 50 friends on skype and all are blogging (on tumblr for example or any other platform) and all of them like my new site/service, is it unnatural if all 50 start linking to my site?

I have a site that is ranking solely because of Tumblr. If you have a popular blog it will get thousands of backlinks from other Tumblr blogs, some of which have decent authority.

I have found that my site now has a really diverse link profile, kind of a weird one but now with over 60,000 links from Tumblr alone, it's in a good position to do other forms of SEO on.

I have a site where 62,000/65,000 links are from Tumblr, according to WMT.

It's mainly about how you use the tumblr links, mine all came organically, not farmed or anything. But it shows that Google won't penalize you just because you have a lot of tumblr links...

Do you think the rest of the blogs (with less quality) could harm the rankings? All blogs a good PA and some of them an Alexa rank. It is difficult to distinguish the good from the bad. But I have kept all the original posts keep the link juicefrom other Blogs, you're surely right but not all blogs will deleted. Thank you.

Almost all tumble blogs have pa=23+ . if you got all with pa=35+ then there is nothing to worry.

I also bought PR2 tumblr blogs from BHW but they didn't do anything to help my kw-s rank. When I checked them more closely then yes, they had PR 2 but PR was updated a long long time ago and these blogs had actually lost almost all of their links. Their DA was there (cause moz is shit at updating their database) but when I checked with Majestic then they were TF/CF 0.

Conclusion? - I wouldn't buy Tumblrs based on their PR cause that shit was last updated ages ago.

I prefer to do things manually.
However, there are a few solutions to post in bulk, although I don't see any benefits of blasting more than a few links/ day.

We can buy pr2 tumblr blogs but before buying just we have to check whether it good or bad.
