Hello Natasha,
Thank you for sending the review traffic.
Around 50% from "your" visitors stayed for only a couple of secs, but the rest stayed between 1-25 minutes, and some as long as 45-46 minutes, with multiple page views. Which is, in my opinion, great. Would be nice to get some UK traffic too.

P.S. I did not get any sales, if anyone interested (I run an ecommerce site), but I did not expect any as was after traffic for ranking.

Stars: 3 stars out of 10.
MY PERSONAL REVIEW:
I placed a 10.000 visits test order.
Result: They failed to deliver my stats registered no traffic change.
(They claimed to have sent 600 visitors.)
Sales: 0
Hits: Under 200 counting my own regular traffic.
I emailed them asking why they failed to deliver the traffic. Received an 8 usd refund from a 10 usd spend.
RESULT:
No traffic change.
Not Happy nor Angry.
This is my honest review.

We actually did not fail to deliver anything. Your campaign shows more than 500 visitors delivered (583 to be exact) on the Goo.gl link which was shared with you as well.
We mention in the FAQ, TOS and multiple other pages (including homepage) that the traffic will not fully register on analytic services which have difficult reading third party tracking cookies, such as GA, although many other analytic services will track it. That is why we use Goo.gl for tracking.
I provide a refund for the unused portion of a campaign (which we advertise on our homepage clearly) ? many if not most ad networks and traffic services provide no refund at all. Anyone buying banners, text ads or any type of other ad or traffic source would know from experience. Obviously we cannot provide a refund for traffic delivered since we have to pay our publishers for that.

Those are clear violations of the Adsense Guidelines!
Driving traffic to your site using Popups is clearly a no-go and interstitials don't have an editable URL field - so another one... don't know about expired domains tho...
