Only use 1 domain in 1 cpanel, using several domains on the same IP etc. can leave a footprint. Important: Make sure to check that there is no E-Mail in the Cpanel Contact Info. If there is change it to something else. Do not use the same email twice, this can be tracked and will leave a footprint.

I don't get this. Care to explain how exactly can the email in the cpanel contact info leave a footprint?

How many times you link from your PBN site to your money site ?
When you link to authority sites you make those links nofollow to not steal link j from your money site ?
Do you rebuild pages when you buy a website for pbn to pass the juice to domain ?

Noooo don't use NoFollow! It will be so obvious if every link is NF except for some magical money site link. Imagine how obvious it would be if numerous sites did the same thing?! Link out and sacrifice the link juice a bit. Don't link to Wikipedia either. Never do that, it's very obvious when there's a Wiki link then one to your site. Link to another site in the niche that is slightly well known but not massively. That's the best I think and looks real.

You can do that but it will cause juice loss.

Some social links, question and answer links etc. A lot of it no-follow, just some easy to get trust links to keep keyword percentages at a healthy percentage since we mostly link with the hard keyword from the pbns.
