There are many factors that affect the ranking of the site. Backlinks are only one of them. Please pm me the email you used to order and I'll take a look.
Also, if your site isn't indexed by Google, you won't rank regardless of how many high quality backlinks you get.

Hi, we don't provide refunds on completed orders. You are using domains which already have a listing in the 1st page of google. As we've explained earlier, you will need to out power that listing to appear in google since google rarely use 2 listing from the same domains.
