Could this be the girl for me?

It could mean he loves you from under his heart. Treat him like a human who has a soft spot for you. What does India have to do about it? You would not show a Indian the time of day? Maybe you should look inside yourself and accept all people. :) Try not to be racist because it is something taught and not born with.
That is not being racist. I said that I didn't know what the man/woman norm was there, nor did I know if there was a cultural difference. How is that racist? Also, what the heck does loving me from under his heart mean? To me, that is absurd. You can't love someone in that way if you don't know anything about them.

Here is a step by step video, do this and you are assured success!

Stop being a little bitch and just approach her. Why bother stalking her and being creepy? If you want to get her, show her you're interested.

Hey look, I found a gif of the OP!

I applaud your optimism, but this compassion and mercy you show him will only make him yearn for you even more! He will mistake your failure to crush his soul and shred heart for a subtle fondness and an unspoken longing. Besides, it is cruel to let him love you even more!
I told him that I was going to beat the living daylights out of him if he didn't stop following me. One would think that would crush his soul. But it only made him follow me from a block away as opposed to popping up around corners and appearing in my face.

sad thing is he joined a money making forum and half his current
post count is asking a bunch of people he will never meet about relationship advice.
ugh back to work. im here to make $ not give match making advice

He is probably not taking your threat seriously .

OP, Handle it like a man, walk up to her, smile and tell her, "I have noticed you around and I really would like to get to know you, do you think maybe I can take you to lunch sometime?"

Then respect her answer.

He is probably not taking your threat seriously .

Maybe she should take a bulldog with her on her walk next time and let him explain it.

Threats are only credible if you carry them out as promised. The more compassion and restraint you show him, the more he'll think what he's doing is in fact 'ok.' He is intoxicated by his love, lust and yearning for you: he believes not what is true, but what he wishes to be true. Not to say violence is acceptable, but it may be legally permissible in the event of self-defense whether you're defending yourself or a juicehead date you found on Tinder or OKCupid is defending you. Alternatively, you can file a complaint with your local enforcement agency, and have them intimidate him into submission (put our tax dollars to work!). Bottom line: he's not going to take you seriously and back off if you don't make him suffer in some capacity as promised.

You're probably right. On the one hand, he's an annoying pest who gets on my last nerve. But on the other hand, I kind of feel sorry for him because he seems so lonely.

Do a shot or two of vodka and then talk to her, that will boost your confidence.

Next time she's walking past just hang your penis out of the window and see what happens. Best case you fu*k her. Worst case you go to prision and someone fu*ks you. Either way you're getting laid.

That is not bravery , it is being out of control and doing shit that he will most likely regret later on

Alcohol does not make you do things you do not want to do, alcohol gives you the courage to do things you are too afraid to do!

Yeah ? Tell that to victims and culprits of drunk driver accidents ...
