Yeah, it's actually one of the oldest rules on the forum. It's been a problem for that long, and I'm sure it will continue to be for a long time.
As far as no one reading the rules... Well, an acknowledgment that you read those rules and agreed to abide by them is a condition of becoming a member on BHW.
Not bothering to read the rules isn't an excuse for not following them. The link to
Terms of Service can be found at the bottom of every page.
The problem is that BHW is a forum dedicated to providing the information the OP is looking for. But that information is located in thousands of threads in several subforums marked with titles attempting to give an idea of the information contained.
Whether the OP is genuine or not is really pretty irrelevant. If every time a newbie joins the forum and asks how to make $xxx per day then to answer the question would mean all that information gets posted in a bunch of random threads. Adding a sob story to the post makes it even sadder. Maybe it's true, maybe its not... either way the OP is not the only member here with a sad story. We've all had our own challenges, many of us still are going through our own sob stories, and many will still have more tragedies to face in the future. Unfortunately that's a part of living.
There's a lot of information on this forum that can help the OP with what he's asking for, but he needs to spend some time browsing through the money making forums before posting his first thread. Then maybe he can ask something more specific that can get replies which actually will help and provide more benefit to other members as well. Starting threads like this one adds nothing to the forum and just adds more junk to look through for people actively researching to find the information which is already being shared. That's why the rule exists.
