Thanks for this. The review does indicate that the guy did not do any seo: "I've never built a single backlink... My traffic comes from having a great website. Enough said." This is part of the reason why I became interested.

However if it is true that he did do his own seo, I wonder what he did, and does STFrank give advice on how to do the seo. To be honest right now I'm more of an outsourcer guy, hence why I want a ready-made website build for me...

So can someone clarify, I'm a total noob. Is this basically purchasing an already setup and ranking website that I simply need to blog on once a day or push new content on, and adsense will do the rest money wise for me? Just trying to get a clear picture of what this package fully involves, and what MY effort will have to be. I'm fairly broke right now, 150 is a good deal to me so I'd like to know in dummies terms what I'm getting.

Time for the review
I ordered a low authority site on 29/10 and it has just now been delivered 15/11 but about a week was spent waiting for me (I had just got a domain I liked but had to wait for the transfer to come through so that slowed it a lot), even with that still very close to the stated TAT.
Syed was very friendly throughout the process. When I was asked what niche I wanted I explained that had just got this domain and would like a site setup for that. This was not a problem at all, my domain is very broad but I can see the articles are hitting good keywords some of which I had picked out (and why I had bought the domain).
Overall the site looks very nice. There is some tweaking to do as you would expect, I will create a logo for it etc.
It comes with 20 articles which are not perfect but good quality (there is the odd word to fix but not many). Photos are good quality and very relevant to the articles topic. Photos are important for this niche and each article has at least 2 photos, most around 4 one has 7!
So fast and friendly service to create a nice site for roughly what I'd pay for articles. Very Happy, Thanks
