Unused site with great backlinks - what do I do with it?

I just checked up on a site that I made 5 years ago. It's unmonetized, and I gave up on it soon after I made it. Now, I check it to find that it has backlinks from:

Huffington Post
Psychology Today
Seattle PI
.
.
.

Anyway, what can I do with this info? I thought of adding it to my PBN. But is there a better option?

the main question is does it have traffic? Without traffic it is of no use. May be try to post it on flippa and see whether anyone is interested to buy. Yes rite.. may be you can sell links on fiverr

Good question about the traffic. I hadn't checked it. But now that I check it, I found that it has 100 Unique IPs per day.

Most of the traffic is organic. It ranks #5 for a keyword with 700 searches per month. I thought about sticking adsense onto the site, but that keyword is worth only a few pennies a click.

Any other ideas? Should I just add it to my PBN?

No such products. If there were, adsense would have higher payout ads.

Revamp it and build a brand new site on the domain with quality content and use it as a part of your PBN. Why waste such link juice.

All things being equal, that does not sound like a bad domain to own. With the value being low as to adsense revenue, it may not make sense to use that to monetize it.

I would probably get a little more data and see what other sites that were getting traffic for that KW and similar KWs and see what they are doing to monetize. There may be some value in having that information before making any decision.

+1 for somedevil; as being said, you should make that blog a private site to use for seo purpose and add that to your PBN.

I've built PBN sites from scratch. How is switching this current, non-PBN site to a PBN site different from building a PBN site from scratch?
