Placed an order for a review copy on Oct 20, didn't receive anything after 9 day (aside from the initial confirmation that order was received).

Sent a pm to OP regarding this issue yesterday morning, didn't receive a reply (OP was online for quite a while throughout the day).

Since I never got the review article I ordered, I guess I can't really review the quality. In terms of customer service, not looking good so far. I guess I'm just glad I didn't actually pay for anything.
