You may think I jest. Here is another murder I witnessed. This one was over a debt, and the murdered guy running his mouth about how no one was tough enough to collect it. All three were convicted. Two committed suicide and the third (Troy Kell) is on death row.

That's INSANE. I'm obsessed with crime stories and that Troy Kell HBO documentary is 1 of my top 10 favorite docs (I've watched it many times). Right up there with "Into The Abyss", "Dear Zachary" etc etc.

The first time I saw that documentary I was disturbed as hell. I've seen violence / witnessed 1 murder in my life (80% of my vision was blocked so it's the SOUNDS I remember) but that Troy Kell murder was as brutal as they get. I'm shocked that you were a witness to that. The second time I saw his doc I focused less on the violence, and more on Troy Kell himself. I noticed he's 1 sharp fucker. A psychopath? Sure. But extremely charismatic, confident and well spoken.

When you hear his story too, you almost feel bad for the guy. Like he does this whole "reluctant hero" act similar to how copywriters do. But then you realize he's not a copywriter lol.... dude is 1 dangerous killer.

Troy Kell was PC'd from Nevada for being a snitch. He arrived in Ceder 3 at Gunnison and decided that he was going to be tough. Lonnie Blackmon was on lockdown for a fight. He was housed in the cell to the left of the two showers in the video. He ran his mouth. Kell and crew flew a kite for a med visit for Blackmon. Cop came in handcuffed Blackmon through the port. Kell and one buddy jumped and stabbed Blackmon when the cop took him out of the cell, the person in the shower grabbed Blackmon's legs and drug him down. The guard ran out of the section.

The family sued and won an undisclosed sum. That is the only reason there is a video of the event. The prison edited out the guard running out of the section.

Kell himself is a pussy. Yes, I have told him that to his face.

This is not the most brutal murder I have seen.

I don't get why prisoners aren't just drugged to keep them non violent. They do it on patients in mental health facilities.

At the first instance of human rights being violated, we must act to stop it. If we don't, soon enough, it will come our turn to have our rights violated.

I don't think forced drugging is a good idea. Nor do I think forced anything is a good idea... but ain't that a can of worms.

I dont like child abuse but as far as I am concerned pixels are just pixels. Unsavoury for sure and if I was an abused kid the last thing I would want is old men perving over the abuse images but I firmly believe that there has to be an actual injury to person or property for there to be a punishable crime. Not to mention, destroying his life and forcing us to pay for his incarceration is also morally wrong and will only increase the chances of him offending. Prison is a school of crime. People generally come out worse and that doesnt help children or anybody.

If the governments of the world stopped punishing victimless crimes and offenses, they'd be significantly short of revenue.
I once had a punishment imposed upon me once for 'driving in a way that might endanger someones life'... Well, then. If we're to start playing this 'you're guilty because you might XYZ' game, shit just spirals out of control.

So, I agree in principle: no victim = no crime.

However, I still feel like people looking at kiddy p0rn is a bad thing that should be punished - so maybe my principle is not perfectly thought out.

Crime/justice is an area I am interested in, and I 100% believe the story you just shared. I'm surprised and actually impressed that Britain has dedicated wings for chows (child sex offenders) in some prisons. But I don't know if a Young Offenders unit would have a block dedicated to them, so he'd probably just get put in seg (fun times).

If he doesn't get done for the chow charges though, then surely with hacking he'd get sent to low-security young offenders unit? Unless they don't segregate that based on security. Low security units are obviously not where you want to be... but a lot more ideal than medium-high security.

At least in the USA, HUGE amounts of prisoners are diagnosed with mental conditions. A suspicious amount, actually. So there are lots of prisoners who are given all sorts of drugs which effect their mental state.

You can drug almost anyone if you think about it. If you were to read the DSM, you would quickly realise that nearly everyone fits the criteria for at least one disorder (in other words, because there is no such thing as 'normal' nearly anyone can be drugged). There are disorders for being too happy (Mania/Williams-Beuren Syndrome/Bipolar), too apprehensive (anxiety/agoraphobia), too angry (intermittent explosive disorder), too sad (depression), too reticent (schizoid personality disorder), too emotional (histrionic personality disorder), and the list goes on. As for criminals:

• Violent offenders can be diagnosed with anti-social personality disorder and be given Clozaril.
• Thieves can be diagnosed with kleptomania (well, before the DSM-V, although I'm sure there is something there that covers it) and be given Naltrexone.
• Zoophile offenders can also be given anti-psychotics.
• Hebephiles, paedophiles, and nepiophiles can be given triptorelin, medroxyprogesterone acetate, or anti-androgens.
• Frauds and drunks can be given Naltrexone like thieves.

With the exception of the neurological disorders, most of the psychological 'disorders' are just different people doing different things, except they can be given medication to stop them from doing those 'different' things.

The general public has no idea about the stress, the violence, the vigilance, the courage, the determination..... I wasn't even on "right side" of the law so if I multiply my own experience X1000.... I imagine that's what it must have been like for you. Takes 1 strong person to deal with that stuff.

I was a junior vip for a few years.

I put up dozens of helpful threads.

I spent days of my life adding value to this forum.

And I was thanked by being banned without warning for calling out someone for bullshit. Less than a month later that member is banned for bullshit claims and scamming.
