In my opinion, yes. But if you have other sources to gain so many real and active followers, for a less price, i think you should go with that. Probably isn't tho.
The prices I'm getting are with a discount tho, normally around 15 euro's per hour on such a big account.

UPDATE 27/10/14
Main account grew with 300 followers as i expected through a shoutout, cost me 8 euro's.
Main account :
5.5k
side acct:
5,1k still
I will start buying proxies and setup my bot a different way, i will promote my main accounts on spam accounts, tried it once for a hour and worked fine, will update tomorrow if it is a success or not.
