Too bad for him.. Although the truth still stands, every publicity is great! not praying for anything bad, but if he's actually guilty, let them put him in bars, but if not, hope Karma speaks out in time!

Child porn publicity is not great, in fact it is the worst publicity you can get, the kind of publicity that has ruined many, guilty or not.

All someone has to do is be accused and everyone is willing to join a lynch mob without looking at any evidence. And people always think where there is smoke there is fire when it comes to anything related to child abuse.

Yes. Child pornography is something that you do not want near your name. Even murder gains tons more publicity. Hell, take a look at OJ, Arias, Zimmerman and many others not named.

What's interesting about child abuse accusations is that they're one of the few accusations where nearly everyone bands together to stop it.
  • With domestic abuse accusations, most women will never trust you again.
  • With rape accusations, women and relatives will never trust you again.
  • With murder accusations; relatives, friends, neighbours, and other people who hear about the case will see you as a cold-blooded killer
But in child abuse cases, nearly everyone wants you dead, even other criminals.

I think the reason other criminals hate pedos and accused pedos, is not because of children being harmed, but because its a way to make their crimes more morally acceptable in their minds.

Nice observation! :D

By them attacking their fellow criminals for crimes that are deemed more abhorrent than whatever they were convicted for, they can better rationalise what they did, even if they were convicted of a form of abuse themselves.

"I may have raped 3 women in their sleep, but at least they weren't children", is an example of what I would imagine they would say.

While not typical of most, I want the pedo alive right up until the day the sentence is complete and then killed on the way out the gate.

The reason for most is that they have children. Most in prison, and most ex-cons, don't care what society thinks and do not need any justification for their crimes. Much like internet marketing; many do not care about the truth or morals of what they are selling, they just want your buck.

What can I say? I enjoy reading your posts on my homepage. You are funny as shit!

SkyrocketSEO IS hilarious! Whenever I see his avatar in a thread I immediately crack up laughing before I even read his comment.

I think he got more than just a scare.

No way he's coming back into this industry as the "god of SEO". He's pretty much ruined his whole reputation (whatever he had in the first place).

Agreed. This guy is done. You don't come back from pedophilia charges. And he's only 19??? WTF! His whole life is ruined. Most jobs and universities ask if you have a crime record before being hired/accepted. He won't be able to do anything. Most people in this situation would fall back on something like IM when they can't get a job, but he's messed that up too!

Bahahahahaha that is all

Lmao! Your comment really is all that needs to be said about this entire situation. Lol!

Who's Charles Floate?

I know right? I'm off to go read some of this dude's bhw threads. Sounds young, and dumb as hell.

It depends on the country, in America only legit ones are tax exempt. Ronald Weinland tried it a few years ago but ended up getting convicted of tax evasion after the IRS caught him.

Lmaooo!

"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows." - Galatians 6:7

Sorry. I couldn't resist. Today is Sunday, you're talking about church, and that Bible verse fit in perfectly with this thread. Lol!

I was going to check my spam folder to figure out what forum you're talking about but then I remembered what you're talking about never happened according to the folks who run BHU and BHU's management just wants to make sure I'm aware of all these nice young women who'd like to send me photos and talk more.

This doesn't make sense. I own BHU. What do you mean?

DDOsin'g a police site isn't violating the national security of the UK or any nation. A half decent lawyer could get one off that new offense.

I have to laugh at the people that write those bills. The one proposed in England is as foolish as the several that have been proposed in the US. It comes down to people that do not understand technology attempting to pass bills that regulate technology. All "Attack tools" are network management tools used in a different manner. If we look at the rash of big box store and bank breaches, even the security *experts* are incapable of recognizing an attack until well after the fact.

That bill isn't regulating technology its strengthening existing laws. It doesn't take much knowledge in technology to understand that hacking government sites is dangerous.

I will have to disagree. It takes some technical knowledge that Wireshark is a legitimate network tool that can be used for hacking purposes. It takes a little technical knowledge to understand that LOIC (most likely the tool that Floats would have used if he did participate in an anonymous attack) is a legitimate network tool used to test security and firewalls. It takes a little technical knowledge to understand that Reaver is a legitimate network too used to test WPS security and to test if WPS has really been disabled. Telnet is likewise a legitimate network tool. I can pretty much walk through every tool in BackTrack or Kali (Linux penetration and testing OS) and show a legitimate network use of the tool.

Instead of outlawing the use of the tools for hacking purposes, these ill thought out knee jerk bills attempt to outlaw legitimate tools. Any person that has any network or penetration testing experience can tell you that each tool some foolish bureaucrat calls a hacking tool is a legitimate network tool. The bureaucrat with little to no technical knowledge is unable to distinguish the difference in the use of the tool; I have even read reports where these bureaucrats have called Linux a hacking tool.

Next we move on to the rash of penetrations of systems in the US. Most of those successful attacks were accomplished with zero day attacks that required considerable technical knowledge and for which there was no tool, excepting perhaps a custom scripting tool for Metasploit (that the attacker would have had to have written him/herself). The tools had to be custom written.

Those bills do nothing to strengthen existing laws or slow actual hacking, but they do a tremendous amount in preventing actual network security.
