I have a site built on a third party white label platform and it is a dating site. It is making profit each month.

My question is, would it be wise to list the site on Flippa for sale? Or would it be a waste of the listing fee?

It is making profit and the traffic source is stable. Only concern is that since it's a site built on a third party platform, there is a probability that the company may shut down (Although it is highly unlikely because they have been running business for several years now and well-reputed in the industry). And if they do shut down, you lose the site and the pending payment for 15 days (You can withdraw the payment every 15 days).

So, what do you guys think?

How much money is it making?

if it making decent money I'm sure someone will buy it but dont expect the full price like 10x

can you give an example of 3rd party ?
Can't tell you the exact name but you can search with "white label site" or "white label dating companies".

It is making in the range of $1.5k to $3k (profit) each month for the last 4-5 months.

Giving it a bump.

well i can, it's chaturbate, you have given too much info and i couldn't resist, sorry lol
but it's not like the secret of the century

to answer your question: you can try searching for white label sites among the successfully sold sites to get a picture about the demand, if there's any

Usually you can sell high income websites on flippa at a good price. I don't think it is a problem that it is a white label platform.
