First of all, I would like to thank Sky Tiger and his team for allowing me a review copy, it took me some days to analyze the book before writing a review. Along with the product, there are some other factors as well, such as support, communication and other details, I find him extremely polite and professional which is always a good thing.

Now comes to the PPV Material, If anyone is looking for a good PPV guide, then you should read it, it caters from beginners to advance, all types of user, and for those people who are professional in PPV industry, will also find this guide useful, since it's another angle or better say, the different side of PPV.

The presentation and video material is also top notch, looks like the author have seriously worked hard, and I will appreciate you on this because it will make your life easier, he has shown everything through the slides and presentation, so if you get confused somewhere, take a look here.

Conclusion :
If you are seriously interested in working in the PPV business, then this guide is for you, I would definitly recommend all people, be them beginner at PPV or if they are a real expert, they should read this guide, it will definitely something interesting in your knowledge, or you can even make a twist and generate better ROI then what you are currently getting.
However, it would have been much better, If for tracking, the author has discussed about Prosper 202 (since it's an FREE alternative to CPVlab), and I would suggest the startup costs to be as minimal as possible for newbies in this field.
I also would like to suggest to discuss other PPV companies (although he has provided a list, but it would be better if you can discuss some), since each work in a little different way and if an OFFER A isn't working good at 1st network, it doesn't mean it cant generate good leads at the other traffic source.

Overall, the guide is a good read and I will definitely RECOMMEND IT to everyone. I have listed all the pro's and con's so that I should be fair enough.

Recording Informative. 8/10 Points. because the Voices Not come up with little different accent..But still Worth time and Money.
TRaffic Source List Not Much worth for me..as Adbrite type Sites. As I asked Clearly in Pre Sales Questions about Many things which I not found in Answers. Still worth Money..If you are starting or Looking to try new ways to get Real Target traffic.It is One Guide will help you Like Hell. PDF was Great read. But am was not able to write a case study as there was Bugs, Like Keyword research. I inserted Keywords which PPV send they are not allowed. So There was Still few things for me to learn.
My Thoughts.Yes It is worth Money. It Help you learn to get Traffic. because with adwords you need dozens of Lessons and techniques to learn and competition is high as compared to results. But in PPV You have 100% Chance to get Good ROI.
Negative side-effect: I used it for my Own Old Amazon Store which was Making me 400$ with Keyword traffic, but PPV got my account Banned, Amazon Emailed that Traffic source is against TOS. So as I said It not warned me for what I do not use for or what I use for.
Now, I am using PPV with Social Site and Email Submit Offer. and converting Good ROI. So Thought to write Real Honest Review. Do use it for Good Target traffic but You have to read TOS and about Traffic source for each Campaign you setup.
8/10 Points..Worth Each and Every Penny.
