Fiverr denied gig

I am posting the same gig but each time is gets denied after a day, though there are 4 other people selling the same thing who have never go the gig denied, is it because a competitor is reporting me? If so how do i get there gigs denied too? This is the email i receive each time it is denied:
Your Gig was removed due to a third party copyright violation

What is the copyright violation?

Change that is what I would do.

Follow the Instruction. They do it usually. You cant make your gig title same to another gigs.

They normally give you good advice when you get rejected. I only had a gig rejected once, I can't remember the reason, but their instructions helped me clear it up quickly and easily and I was up and running fairly quickly afterwards.
