No way, +1 from one account only increases 1 vote on website. You're simply spamming on this BST with no knowledge about it. All G+ shares are from different, real and unique IP's.

Yes I was thinking about it, you can only give one +1 website, per google account. So there is no way you can give someone 500 +1's from one google account.
