Paypal Blacklisted Banks

Hi

Looking to open several stealth paypal accounts. My research lead me to the following banks that offer free checking accounts:

> ally.com
> capitalone360.com

+ a few others.

However I read on the forum that these and other online checking accounts where blacklisted by paypal.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? Anyone use one of these banks to verify PP within the last few weeks?

Ally is blacklisted?

I would have a hard time believing that as it is a legit bank; in fact I have one of my personal accts there.

It is a legit bank. But Paypal may know people use this to create stealth accounts and blacklist it. Do you use Ally with Paypal? And did you use it recently to verify a new paypal account?

No, my ally account is a personal one used only to buy online and my PP accts are all business.

They require a SS number if you have an account with them, and they check it, so I'm a little surprised that PP does not like them. I'm not a guy that knows that world though.

BOA still works with pp ,
tested Netspend and its blacklisted by paypal , not working anymore .

I am going to tell you BOA is not blacklisted for sure. Nor is Chase, Wells Fargo.


If they have a decent amount of offline branches, then I doubt they'd be blacklisted.

BOA is not blacklisted but I think they have a min account balance or monthly fee - not good choice if creating many accounts

Basically I'm looking for a bank that allows users to easily create multiple secondary accounts which is not in any way blacklisted by paypal

Greendot works fine and you can have up to 10 Greendot cards. The card comes with a routing number for direct deposits. I'm not sure where you live, but it's only for the US.

NetSpend is blacklisted (tried personally).

Is Etrade blacklisted by paypal? I tried sending money from by paypal to my etrade bank account but it never goes through and it gets sent back in my paypal account.
