So here is my review of this fantastic bad service!
We ordered 25 PERMANENT HIGH PR and they delivered the 15-may 2014 - now 5 months later 18 Links are DEAD so before I posted here I send them a support ticket with below details : [#AAA-873-84623]: Dead permanent links after less than 5 months!
And today I got this reply:
Hi, really sorry about any confusion caused, as seen on our sales page we will keep links live for 1 year unless domain get deindexed in which case we have 15 days guarantee for links replacement.

The links DON'T EXISTs any longer because someone didn't paid their hosting or just dropped them! I don't know and I don't care, this is a trap!
So in other words you give a damn shit for your customers, take there money and move forward to new BST's and leave people alone with what they paid for.
Being here for 4 years I have seen this just too often and nothing new, but I don't want to shut up any longer. the sellers here on BHW are looking more and more like those on Warrior forum.

I'm certain Maulana will get you taken care of RuthSam. He's very good at working with all the clients.
I recently had some sites wiped out by using PBN's. Basically if you use a service and it gets deindexed, Google will give you a manual penalty which is unrecoverable.
It's too bad you got rid of Link Jolt, there was a niche for that service and was considering it before you closed it down. Good Luck with sales

Hi rschmitz, our de-indexing ratio is one of the lowest in here since we've upgraded to Link Ascend 2.0 a while ago. These links still works great and we provide link removal and replacement at no cost for these de-indexed links. Don't worry you will be safe and so far none of our customers have reported getting a manual penalty because of these PBN links.
