Can you give an example? I've been using all sorts of likejacker, never met one able to jack mobile visitors. I hope you're not talking about locking content, beacause that's a whole different thing.

Mobile jacking will be ready by the end of next week and all the current buyers will get is as a free update.
Suggesting to PM members with a different offer is indeed highjacking a thread if you have something better at the moment I suggest you pay the small fee of $30 AND POST it instead of suggesting members to PM you on another members BST!
And for future reference if you want to comment on our plugin, or suggest to our clients to use something else, maybe you should buy our product and and give it a test run.

Whats buying the plugin got to do with anything? When the service provider said mobile jacking isnt available, why would I need buy it to confirm it and then post a comment regarding it?
Firstly I came to the thread to ask if you had any similar service for twitter/instagram
Secondly, I commented on replies given by you regarding mobile like jacking and did not invite anyone to PM me.
Thirdly, I don't own any rival product/service that I am promoting. If I was wanting to "hijack" your customers I wouldn't have replied saying I will PM the person, I could have PM'd him without needing to post about it.
I understand your need to get defensive about your service but maybe you should read my replies correctly to understand that I'm not attacking it or attempting to hijack the thread.
PS: Your plugin seemed good, but with your plan for mobile jacking, it will make it even better and when that happens I'll gladly purchase it.

I thought like jacking isn't working anymore because News Feed doesnt show stories like 'XY likes an article' that's why we started using content locking that works with sharing the post...But somehow it stopped working on ALL of my sites. If someone shares something from my sites, it doesn't appear in the News Feed anymore. Looking for a solution, if someone can help me to solve this please don't hesitate to PM me. Thanks!

Hi, I decided to buy the plugin but when I activated the model box option it doesn't work. When I am logged into a fresh facebook account (brand new) and visit my site, no pop up shows. When I log out of Facebook a popup DOES show. Surely if a user is not logged into Facebook it shouldn't show at all? Can you suggest why this happens?

Hi, we deal with all support issues either via PM or Skype as this is the sales thread. The jacker is coded so that it won't try to jack a FB user that isn't logged in to their FB account.

I will do that shortly. Any issues with the plugin seemingly not working can be fixed as the plugin does work.
Sorry, we don't have a trial license - but we do have a 30 day money back guarantee. I would recommend that you run the plugin for a month to see the benefits of it rather than for a 1 day trial.

I didn't really see an answer to my question if the plugin will get us banned from the networks we're working with. 'cause it's really important if we can utilize our traffic at the maximum.
Besides, the jacker can't really jack people using the fb app. But whenever they open up a site, they open it with a browser. So if they are logged in their accounts with their mobile browser, wouldn't the jacker actually get them?

It all seemed really great until I got to page 3 and people were complaining about it not working for them, can you confirm you know what the problem is with your product not working for them? Even if there is a problem, it's better to know you are finding a workaround for it. Thanks.

The only network that this plugin can get you in to trouble with is Facebook. What this plugin does isn't against any T&C's of affiliate networks etc. That being said, this is a BH tool and with it come risks. We're not responsible for it being against the T&C's of any of the 100's of different affiliate networks that you may work with.
And you had your refund processed within 2 minutes of you requesting it. It's impossible to make a plugin like this compatible with every single WP theme out there. And an update that is being rolled out in a weeks time will take care of the mobile issue. That update will be free to all customers of the plugin and when it's ready the plugin will show an update is available in your WP admin section.
The plugin works. It does what it says on the tin. Most issues are resolved simply by the user updating their version of WP or the webhost that they're using is running an old version of PHP etc. Other than that we've found that the main issue is caused by some themes that control where images are placed. This can cause the plugin an issue if you're trying to Like Jack images.
The workaround to this is to choose a different option to Jack visitors on, such as the pop-up box the the plugin generates which forces your visitor to click the close button at which point they get Like Jacked.
While someone may post on the thread that the plugin doesn't work, after support has helped them and the plugin is shown to be working the user tends not to come back to the thread and update things by saying that the issue was fixed.
For any issues that currently exist, namely the jacker being 100% compatible with jacking mobile traffic, they are all be resolved and improvements to the plugin are also being made.
We work with customers who need support via our dedicated Skype support channel. It makes it so much easier than trying to do it via PM's.
