How do you cancel it? I have not signed up with MOZ trial package before. Can you cancel it from the MOZ client admin?

Just cancel the subscription from paypal right after you get your account approved.
Edit: My bad, it's CC payment only.

If it is paypal that is not a problem. But for credit card payment, how do you do that? If I call the bank, oftentimes, they will ask me to refer to the vendor for cancellation. If anyone has cancelled the credit payment before for MOZ trial pack, please share your technique.

To cancel - Login to your account, Click on The "Orange icon With B" mentioned on it on right side, - then click on Billing and subscription - And click Cancel Subscription. Do it before the charging date. for All who have subscribed today, its 8th February 2015.
