Which CPM company for a newbie?

Hi guys,

I am interested what would you recommend for a beginner.I am having traffic 20-25K+ daily,90% USA and Canada.All traffic is legit and white hat.These are visitor that i want to keep for long term.75% of the visits are returning visitors.I do have adsense,i just would like to monetize each and every visitor.I would like to put some banner on the website which would pay per views.I did apply to some company,but they just didn't care about me,because i am quite new to CPM and too much stupid questions.I wanted to do some email submit or something.
So which CPM based solution would be fine for me? Niche is videos mostly,but embedded so far.I don't want to go with a big company,as they mostly don't accept the beginners.

Try tribalfusion they accepts noobs if you've good traffic. But if you're looking for small companies try edomz and popads. And also try sponsored ads like taboola.

Thank you.I even forget about Taboola,that i am already having enough T1 traffic.I applied,i am just afraid that their advert will take away big percentage of my adsense clicks.
