Thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned to you in my messages, I was out of the country for just over a week for a friends birthday party in Las Vegas and in California. During that time, the response times to tickets were slow.

Please note, over the next few days, support for SEE is being moved over to a ticket based system, and will be supported by a dedicated team that currently supports some of our other products. Email and Live chat support will be available 247, and they will be monitoring the email accounts as well for any issues and resolving them much faster.

Also, please note, we have been working hard behind the scenes to get SEE cleaned up nicely with a new interface, new features, and faster speeds. This information will be posted up as it becomes readily available for our users.

No more using Prism, we have support for all browsers now, Firefox, Chrome, and IE
We are using a much faster server and have re done all the code to be much more efficient and more stable and faster.
You will see a brand new interface that is simpler and more intuitive.
We have new codes done to search deeper into websites now, meaning more results.

Ill post more about the new features as we get this new stuff rolled out. We are trying to keep this transition as smooth as possible and I ask for your patience and understand while we migrate everything over. Trust me, you guys are all going to love the new version. can you do local email extractions ?

I think you are referring here to geo targeted extractions. While this feature was included in the older version, we found it not to be effective at all. The results were not accurate.
This is on the list of things to do in the new version, and we have some plans on how we are going to be able to do this filtering.

So, its not available as we speak, but it will be available in versions 2.1 I would imagine.
