I have tried chatting via matrixproject website 3 times today but got no reply. I have been checking my ranking page but nothing has still changed even after my additional payment which was made 2 weeks ago. My question is shouldn't I be seeing some gradual change already considering my order was already with team 1 for 30 days without change and now 2 weeks with team 4 making a total of almost 7 weeks surely I should see some little change already.

We only bumped up your campaign about 2 weeks ago. The previous campaign was the smallest in a big competition niche. We are on right now as well to chat.

results are great but respond time is disappointing.. I was thinking about to place another order, but the last 2 day there was no one reply my msg.. remove the chat thing if there is no one there..

We have someone on help desk right now. On the weekend the team is usually working on updating services.

We are on skype currently and over the weekend see us on the helpdesk on the website.
 
im spending $600/m and my site is dropping- ranked higher with team 1 in the past! I thought upgrading to team 4 would get better results. Response time on skype is dismal - feel like I'm in the forbidden zone

Bud we have been dominating your rankings for months. You told us not to work on your old keywords and we are switching gears now. If you would like some sort of maintenance on old keywords as we work on new words for you let us know. Also we are on skype and also helpdesk online.
