hey idk if this the right place for this post but Ive run in to a problem im dumb!!
I cant install wordpress. it tells me to sign into the mojo market with my hosting account when I try to login nothing happens.
customer support takes forever to answer ive been wating for 20 mins now. can anyone help me?

yes I have cpanel. under website builder I click wordpress, then it sends me to mojo marketplace for the 1 click installation and when I try to login using my domain or my username nothing happens not even an error message

Click simple scripts in your cpanel and load WP from there:

Overwrite the current files when you do the install.

Open a ticket with Bluehost, they are usually quick to respond from my experience.

Just manually install it. It's the easiest thing in the world to do.

Yes I agree, you must ask for a refund and get lost with them. You must look for better company which can be found in offers section. If you want recommendation, I will recommend 4goodhosting.com. They are flexible enough based on my experience.
