I picked this up today as the pro version and have been using it all evening to 'get to know it' so to speak. The learning curve for me is steep and I wish there was more videos as I hate manuals, in saying that I have also purchased the API key and looking forward to giving it a good run out through the weekend.

Can't seem to get the API sent a mail and will submit a support ticket.

Other than this, have spun a nice few dociments, auto posted them as HTML and plain text and now working on link and image intergration, putting the time in is getting results, and I feel it's worth developing soemthing around this, providing the support guys wake up.

Sorry about the support delay there. We had a two consecutive server failures which had us running around trying to sort everything out for a while. It's all back up and running now though.

Well if you answered the email I sent you, or the support ticket I have lodged with you, both a week ago and also supply the API key which I paid for a week ago we can get on evaluating this package, so much time being wasted with writting back an forth, just not productive is it?

Your software has a regular expression that checks for a valid email address before showing the next button in the registration process. This is stopping me from entering my registration details as it thinks the email address, (you want me to use) contains invalid characters which is not correct?

The email address format is (name-@domainname) I have put all this to you in a support ticket and ask you to edit your database and given you an optional email address to use.

This has been going on for three days now working with support seems really slow, one reply per day. Could you please get this sorted?

Yep they can be installed together. The 15th is looking to be pushed back at this stage. We want to iron out a couple of things before the official release

Yep the API subscriptions are totally standalone. The new API uses features from v3, but the new API calls have to be implemented in each piece of software. This could take a little while.

As for API trials, there are none just yet, but there will be soon. The money back guarantee still applies though!

I noticed there are some problems in the new version. Like the spintax start producing {keyword1|keyword2 things like this when I use phrase spin, sentence spin & synonym spin together. It shouldn't happen...
