I'll be the first to point out that this was most likely staged.

1) The way the camera man screams .... does not sound natural at all. Seems like terrible acting.
2) When you get tased you DROP what's in your hands. But the guy is laying on the ground with the toilet paper still in his hand twitching for dramatic effect.
3) Who the hell runs up to a man with a taser right after he tased your friend?
4) The taser sound effect sounds layered in. I'm pretty sure he shot the clips but didn't zap him. Just watch real people getting tazed and compared it to this, everything about it wreaks of fake stage bullshit.

More and more viral videos these days are turning out to be fake. Like the white racist guy on the bus telling off a bus full of blacks. Turned out fake. The russians dropping a grenade .... that was really a flash grenade and was obviously staged.

I think half of all viral videos we're seeing these days are most likely fake.
