Domain takedown (Trademark related)

Is it possible to transfer the my current domain that was made with godaddy to a provider that ignores most importantly trademark claims and then other internet/copyright laws?
What are some good solution?

No domain registrar ignores trademark claims etc.

However, companies like Namecheap and Joker.com are waaayyy better than Godaddy when it comes to dealing with legal threats.
Just do a regular registrar transfer. It is perfectly doable. But knowing Godaddy, I guess they hide that info somewhere.

As threadkiller mentioned above, GoDaddy are shit when it comes to dealing with compaints and companies like Namecheap will deal with them better. You can move domain host to namecheap but I believe it would cost a few $

I have a site called sodomize-her . (this is just an example not the real site)
This other guy has a site called sodomizer .
Both sites have the same domain termination
The guy has trademarked the word sodomizer, the verb sodomize and other variants wasn't. He has done this with USPTO

I believe you can. 99% certain.

Just get an account at Namecheap. Find some link in there saying "transfer domain into Namecheap" or similar. Pay your almost-10-bucks. Get the process started. Get the domain auth code from Godaddy that will have been sent to them automatically. Within a day or two your domain will be handled by wonderful Namecheap instead of the evil empire that is Godaddy.

I think it's too late to transfer. The domain can't be transferred until the dispute is resolved.

I've sent these guys an email asking how they deal with trademark claims.
You use their services?

What about other alternatives, through a vps in Russia or something?
