What is the Best CMS I can use?

What CMS should I use? I want to start my own forums website haven't made my decision on what yet. Looking for a free CMS so, no vBulletin most likely! Also I have used MyBB before it's ok but I'm just not really filling it for some reason, so what are other CMS's that you think is better then MyBB?

Yes I have, it has a lot of themes and very easy to use.

vBulletin is the best, but its paid Forum Board.

phpBB is good for free board.

SMF- Simple Machines , isn't bad.

vbulletin is the best, although its not free. But i think the free ones you will get yourself into a trap - if your forum becomes successfull, your platform wont be able to cope.

Just to be clear OP... You don't search for CMS. You looking for Free Forum Boards. This is different.
This is CMS:

For Forum Boards i prefer SMF : http://www.simplemachines.org/. It's free and have a ton of extensions.

I've always used phpBB 3 which had a huge community at the time (maybe still does), but one thing I really liked about it is the code which is really easy to read and extend if you have some coding skills.
