Build some social profiles with lots of followers. Doing this got me up in a jiffy. Im not talking about gsa ser social profiles. Im talking about creating an instagram/FB/twitter and doing the whole follow a bunch/unfollow routine to build a mass amount of followers. Websites with a bunch of followers on social sites look really legit and important.

When I first came to bhw I was quite mad when the more senior members were calling the noobs... well noobs. Now I can understand why they do it. They do it to protect the noobs from spreading wrong information from other noobs.
All these talks about 'PBNs are dead' just proves it, the scare tactic used by Google is actually working. It's enough to scare noobs off trying it and only the pros will know whether it works or not.
The thing is OP you never know what is going to work or not. I know for a fact PBNs still work super well, and they will always do if you do it right. Go figure.

How about putting a small PBN in place to get you moving up?
I read somewhere that the last time Google penailized PBNs was two years ago
I've made a website and ordered a SEO package from BHW Member. He rank the website from N/A to 15 position. The website was dancing all the time 14-20 position (1-2 months), so i bought a Social Shares + PBN (also from BHW Member). The website went on 6 position. When i saw that HTTPS is a good signal for SEO i've also bought & install SSL on my site. When i've done that the site is now dancing 6-10 position ... IDK if that was a good move but i needed to test that. I suggest you to buy some Social Shares (fb likes, tweets, g+ ...) If you do that... PM or post the results here.
