I can't imagine hiring anyone but a Gemologist to write an article about engagement rings for my jewelry store. Thankfully, I am one, and also have no problem writing my own articles. But I agree with what you're saying. I am reading this thread and it's like watching a train wreck. I am cringing at the thought of what kind of article the OP is going to get.
