yes, they are giving full access that is root user, so you can do anything / install any aps from your end

Installation not too hard, just follow their pdf guide.
Problem in my side (I'm using XP), can not connect to RDP - NLA problem. It can solved by upgrade RDP client then enable NLA by change registry.
