I am creating a calculator that will tell you your BMR taking your BF%, Activity Variable, and Lean Body Mass into account. It will then add or subtract 20% depending on if you're bulking or cutting. This is where it gets interesting... You can enter the percent of protein, carbs, and fats you want your diet to consist of. This is the perfect calculator to use for carb cycling and it makes it so simple to understand.

Here is what it looks like:

Anyways I want to test it more and give out free reports for you guys. If you want one please comment your weight, BF%, and macro % here and I will send you the link to your report. I might just make separate boxes for low/med/high carb days

Thread Approved.

Who is this targeted to? If it's the average lady or guy looking to get into shape then BMR is great. If it's targeted towards serious and semi-serious lifters, which it sounds like considering you used bulking and cutting, BMR is sometimes frowned on.

It seems TDEE is more accurate for serious guys. I see you are incorporating activity, which TDEE does, but just a heads up that the phrase BMR will attract one crowd while TDEE will attract a different crowd.

And you might want to have an option for lbs as well. I couldn't tell you how many kilos I weigh but I could tell you lbs down to the ounce

ANyways, GOOD LUCK HOMIE! Nice to see something like that on BHW

Make that puppy into an App and I know it can be a huge profit center.

I recently finished a large contract with a chain of fitness centers and I know an App like that would be money all day long.
